Currently, we have a waitlist for our counseling services. However, additional clinicians are coming soon. We provide a Good Faith Estimate, and we accept various insurance plans as well as offering competitive self-pay rates.
Land Acknowledgement
We acknowledge that we are on the traditional ancestral land that was unceded and violently stolen from the Dakota people in order to colonize this area. We recognize the harmful history of slavery, genocide, and forced removal of Indigenous people from their land, as well as the ongoing struggle that all Native people, along with other marginalized and oppressed groups, face in our current society.
As a social justice-oriented business, we take meaningful actions to support Native, Indigenous, and other oppressed groups through our counseling services, endurance coaching, and mental health consulting. These actions include direct donations, supporting local businesses owned by individuals who identify as part of oppressed groups, and involvement in local, state, and national political movements (through donations or direct actions) that advocate for equitable treatment of these communities.
Just a few of the businesses that we love include Makwa Coffee, Abogados Café, Sunbean Coffee, and El Burrito Mercado. Organizations we have donated to include Neighborhood House, Neighbors, INC, CLUES, MIRAC, COPAL, among many others.
We support Indigenous sovereignty and oppose projects that violate treaty rights and harm these indigenous lands. This includes stopping Line 3 and Line 93 pipeline infrastructure, supporting the rights of Manoomin (wild rice) concerning changes in environmental standards, and advocating for the return of state-managed lands in Minnesota to tribal ownership, specifically the White Earth State Forest and Red Lake State Forest projects.
